Gespräch mit der iranischen Künstlerin und Fotografin Hannah Darabi, und dem Verlag Spector Books im Institut français Leipzig, im Rahmen des Photobook-Festivals.
Die in Paris lebende Künstlerin und Fotografin Hannah Darabi verwebt Archivmaterial, zeitgenössische Fotografie und ihre eigene Biografie miteinander. Dabei reflektiert sie über die Nutzung der Fotografie als politisches Medium und ihre Rolle in der Geschichtsschreibung.
Im Gespräch mit Silvia Gaetti (Leipzig Photobook Festival / GRASSI Museum für Angewandte Kunst) und Jan Wenzel (Spector Books) diskutiert sie über Fotobücher, Protest und die Rolle der iranischen Frauen in Revolutionen.
